Annual Continuing Education (CE) course for Administrators and Alternate Administrators of Home Health Agencies, Hospices and Personal Assistance Services (PAS). To be taken once every year. As per 26TAC §558.260(a) [previously 40TAC §97.260(a)]
180 Day Break Course for Administrators and Alternate Administrators of Home Health Agencies, Hospices and Personal Assistance Services (PAS). Only for administrators and alternates who were first appointed before December 2006 and have taken a 180 day break before being appointed to the current position. As per 26TAC §558.260(b) [previously 40TAC §97.260(b)]
